He has a PhD in Food Science and degrees in Human Nutrition. He is a Registered Nutritionist with the Dietitians Association of Australian.
He is an Innovation Manager at the Industry Growth Center, Food Innovation Australia Limited (FIAL) and is tasked to provide innovation and research connections to the Food and Agribusinesses throughout Queensland and nationally.
