Escape to the bush surroundings, sleeping under the stars and watch the crops developing. Focus on vegetarians/vegans
Organic farming (currently exotic tropical fruits and planned planting of cocoa to be grown organically).
To help defray the costs of the farming enterprise it is envisaged that accommodation will be provided by constructing up to 4 tents that each include their own ensuite and to undertake significant repairs to the stone house already built on the property to a high standard (using local artisans for stone and timber work), developing trails and walkways, zip-lining and pontoon for guest enjoyment and other low key activities.
Classes/workshops proposed for preparing raw food dishes/living a healthy lifestyle/nature cure consultations
No good outdoor accommodation on organic farms near Cairns to vegetarians and vegans (as well as others).
In addition, there does not appear to be any places available in the area that offer a detox program.
The solution is to provide good quality outback accommodation in the form of self-contained tents (glamping) on a developing organic fruit farm (mainly exotic tropical fruits) for vegetarians and vegans and any others interested in a healthy lifestyle.
Guests can be involved as much as they like in the growing, they can attend workshops on organic farming practices and planting, walk the trails in the surrounding hills and take a cold dip in the ever-flowing river.
Other features to include consultation with a nature cure specialist, 3 or 5-day detox stays or short stays with or without healthy food being provided
